Welcome to the beauty that is the Creston Valley

 

 While many drive the hi-ways and bi-ways of the Kootenay’s few have ever experienced the azure waters of Kootenay Lake & River. Now anyone can cruise through the heart of Creston Valley on a 24 foot pontoon boat. Docked at the Kuskanook Harbor on the southern east side of Kootenay Lake on Highway 3A.

 The “Dragonfly” can take up to eight adults and their gear. Equipped with comfortable couches, tables plus plenty of room to stretch your legs and a bathroom for your convince. Easy to board through doors on either side means no hopping in or over…just walk right onboard.

See the blue herons, bald eagles, cormorant’s and osprey’s nesting along the banks. Who knows a bear maybe bathing. Or a chance encounter with an elk, moose, deer or any of the other wildlife that call this valley home.

We also offer beach & self guided fishing trips. So grab your blanket, cooler, i-pod & friends. We’ll take you to the west side (“the west is the best”) to sandy beaches and you can bask in the sun, swim and soak in the wonder of it all. If you’d like to do some casting just bring your rod & license and the fish-finder will lead you to where the fish are.
